A Leading Engineering company in Baku invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of QHSE Manager & Management Representative
Position: QHSE Manager & Management Representative
Competencies
Develops and implements Business Unit Quality Assurance programs. Plans and manages environmental and/or safety programs. Supervises and coordinates the work of QHSE Specialists to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations and policies. Develops procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements Ensures that quality control inspections, tests, root cause analysis and corrective procedures are coordinated throughout the organization. Responsible for overseeing division's ISO, API Certification process. Handles special projects, as assigned.
Essential experience and job requirements
Min 12 Years of O&G Industry experience, API Spec Q1, 7-1, 5CT, 6A and 16A and Premium Connection to VAM, TSH, GP and Process Knowledge. Design & Development of API Spec 6A & 16A products, Design Calculation, Lead Auditor in ISO 9K, 14K and 45K systems, NEBOSH-IGC, ASNT Level 2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Leadership, experience in PSRMP, HAZOP, Training skills, Compliance knowledge, Offshore project knowledge. Conversant with DS1, NS1 & NS2 standards, Hard banding applications, knowledge in Metallurgy with special reference to alloy steels and CRA steels. System Management Representative role experience.
Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications
Master degree in academic; NEBOSH-IGC Certification; ASQ Member; Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001/45001; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Train the Trainer certification; ASNT Level 2 in MPI, LPI, UT & RT
