Reporting Division Head

- Preparation of annual/semi-annual/monthly IFRS financial statements
- Coordinate and support external audit process
- Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, reports and presentations
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool, prepare management and operational dashboards
- Analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators and causes of unexpected variance
- Develop a deep understanding of drivers of business performance and dynamically monitor critical operational measures
- Participate in design of incentive schemes and coordinate calculation of bonuses based on these schemes
- Define and implement cost allocation methods
