Currently we are looking for a “Customer Support Coordinator “ who specialized in selling financial tech products and services.

Duties:

• Receiving Surveys;
• Registration of polls in the system;
• Request Filtering;
• Analysis and problem-solving;
• Task monitoring and control;
• Technical knowledge;
• Preparation of reports;
• Offering excellent customer service.
