Job Title: SAP Coordinator

Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore

A vacancy has arisen for an SAP Coordinator and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only.
Reporting to the SAP Team Leader, the SAP Coordinator is responsible for support of maintenance personnel to ensure continued operability, SAP based maintenance of equipment throughout Turan Drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Turan Drilling procedures and regulations
• Optimisation of Turan Drilling CMMS System
• Coordinate and control the CMMS system
• Translate and implement new Equipment Maintenance Procedures
• Assistance and consultation of CMMS – System for Users
• Statistical evaluation of CMMS Data’s
• Maintain and control of position Equipment in the Turan Drilling Operation
• Planning and realization of special assignments as well as assistance in Project Teams
• Following of Business tasks as per given Business Management Systems (BMS)
• SAP PM Key User
• Support for Turan Drilling CMMS user guides and documentation
• Provides support for special duties within the department and organisation as assigned by the Team Leader
• Processing and managing PM change requests
• Support worldwide audits of the Turan Drilling CMMS

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP)
• Suitable educational qualification – University Degree
• Recognised Operational Experience/ Management Qualification
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Maintenance organisation
• Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of CMMS
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent Oral and Written English skills.
