BAYRAMOGLU RESTAURANT is pleased to announce the job opening of Food and Beverage Manager.

Our family restaurant is famous as the best place to enjoy delicious Dönər Kəbab, amazing service and very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Manages daily activities, coordinates the schedules of the staff
• Works on the team performance and improves the service level
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Provides service trainings to the F&B Team with the standards of the brand
• Ensures the team collaboration towards common targets
• Promotes high level of teamwork and service quality by proper coordination with other departments
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Candidate requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in F&B Management;
• Experience of managing personnel and dealing with financial targets;
• Strong ability to recognize and resolve problems efficiently
• Strong knowledge of latest F&B tends;
• Ability to work well under pressure and with set deadlines;
• Relevant education is desirable;
