Job Title: Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for annual budgets and variance analysis;
• Prepares monthly comparison reports;
• Preparation of the consolidated annual budget;
• Lead forecasting and planning process;
• Taking part in different stages of Valuation/Financing/M&A projects;
• Carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry research;
• Preparing and delivering financial models;
• Report writing, preparing marketing and presentation materials;
• Prepare management reports on a monthly basis;
• Cash flow management. Ensure timely preparation of cash requests and monitoring payment performance and cash management;
• Provide accurate forecasts of cash flow, working capital and other KPIs;
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports;
• Develop and implement various accounting procedures;
• Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved;
• Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of subsidiaries. Summarize and interpret current and projected financial position and performance of the Company.

Requirements:

• Higher education, desirably in finance/economics;
• Work Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in Finance field;
• Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques: DCF, different approaches to valuation;
• Knowledge of financial accounting;
• Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data and advanced research skills;
• ACCA/CIMA/CFA or other certification is a plus but not a prerequisite;
• Commercial awareness is essential;
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail;
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) an excellent command of written and spoken Azerbaijani and Russian;
• Good communication skills.
