Chenot Palace Hotel is currently seeking an experienced SPA Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years expirience in the areas of wellness management
• A Diploma in Physiotherapy, Therapist or Esthetician, Management is an asset.
• English Language at advance level. Knowledge of Azeri and/or Russian is an asset.

Professional/Personal skills:

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
• Understanding of Clinical Governance and quality issues;
• Understanding of human behavior and performance; individual difference in ability, personality, and interests;
• Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources;
• Understanding of the role of teamwork in providing quality services;
• Experience in maintaining client`s records at an acceptable standard for audit purposes;

Job Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints;
• Schedule guest appointments;
• Maintain client databases;
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
  Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, generating financial statements, monitoring all costs and general  expenses
  Perform administrative duties such as monthly and daily stack, daily sales;
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards;
• Plan or direct spa services and programs;
• Manage resources to service clients as effectively as possible;
• Conduct in house training;
• Verify therapist`s treatment performance;
• Ensure maintenance of the spa facilities;
• Develop or implement marketing strategies;
• Be accessible at all times whilst on duty by mobile phone or pager;
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality;
• Maintain an up to date knowledge and professional development and best practice in seeking to improve the quality of services provided to the clients;
• Analyze information and evaluate results in order to achieve budget.
