ROLE OVERVIEW:

A leading Oil & Gas company, located in in Baku, Azerbaijan is looking for an exceptional VP Asset Integrity Services. The role will be a Senior Leadership appointment reporting directly to the CEO of the company. A successful incumbent will be responsible cross-company maintenance activities standards. They will be required to manage a team of technical integrity maintenance engineers and will be responsible for technical health of the integrity functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic and operational direction and decision making to the Engineering/Maintenance staff in support of efficient, safe, reliable operations
• Support overall facility planning activities related to new equipment installation and facilities modifications
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Responsible for managing routine engineering and maintenance planning / scheduling activities in accordance with safety policies and procedures, equipment design, allocated schedule and budgets.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of drilling equipment
• Perform engineering troubleshooting of process and/or equipment issues and lead troubleshooting meetings.
• Implement and update policies and procedures and oversee the asset integrity program.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Education:

- University degree in Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in equipment maintenance management.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
