The Baku based office looks for talented and ambitious people to join company with rapid career development prospects on following position:

Business Development Manager in Certification and Business Enhancement department

Baku city
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Salary: Determined after the interview

Requirements:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the business align with the market and company goals.
- Plan, promote, implement and monitor cross-domain / cross-business projects and opportunities in and outside Azerbaijan.
- Review business operations plans and procedures to redress adverse variances in activity and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage all the enquiries and business issues derived from the clients’ requirements and contract needs.
- Assist with audits (both internal and external)
- Assist with applications for certification/accreditation
- Assist with training (including quality system, manual integration,) and maintain training database
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Preferable:

- 3+ years of experience
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditors,
- Familiarity with ISO standards
- Good communication in Native, Russian and English
