Senior Recruiter
Duration: Short term (3 months) contracted position with possibility of extension of employment based on performance.
Key responsibilities:
Handle full cycle end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source and hire the best talents
on a market;
Work closely with designated departments and Hiring Managers to achieve required
staffing objectives and design the best vacancy profile including job descriptions and
essential and desirable requirement for the job;
Identify the best strategy to market company’s vacancies through social media and
recruitment agencies to attract and generate quality talent pool;
Source passive candidates through professional social media and other sources;
Provide screened pool for Hiring Manager to ensure applicants meet required and desired
qualifications based on job requisitions;
Conduct behavioral interviews and record results;
Extend offers, document results to further improve the offer acceptance rate;
Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their
applications and interviews;
Improve candidate experience through overall recruitment cycle.
Essential Job Requirements and Skills:
Education:
University Degree
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process;
- Experience in Oil & Gas sector and understanding of market requirements is desirable;
- Experience in internet sourcing is an asset;
- Experience with reporting and working with data.
Skills:
Excellent communications and relationship building skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an
asset;
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
