Expro are currently recruiting for a Certification Officer to join their operation based in Baku. the successful candidate will be required to proactively perform, including the supplying of information, the storage, maintenance, update, retrieval and compilation of current and valid equipment certification records for operational equipment utilised by the Company/Business Unit/function.

Key Activities and Accountabilities
• Support the HESQ Department to ensure that the overall purpose of the job (as detailed above) is efficiently, effectively and consistently achieved.
• Liaise with operations supervisors to establish equipment certification requirements so that the operational demands of Expro are met in line with customers’ requirements.
• Witness, check and inspect equipment pressure test and associated maintenance and certification documents, ensuring that inspections, checks and reports are performed and completed in accordance with Company procedures and Industry specifications.
• Liaise with internal, third party and customer representatives on all aspects of equipment certification records and documents.
• Ensure the timely issue of maintenance job cards and that the subsequent maintenance history updates on the company database.
• Maintain certification registers ensuring that all assets and associated equipment are kept within their certification dates and in line with the company standards.
• Update company data base applications including Docucert & SAP in accordance with Company procedures and maintenance standards.
• Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
• Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
• Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
• Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
• Experience working within a Quality Assurance Certification Department
• Working knowledge of relevant Equipment Verification Schemes e.g. SI 913
