We are looking for a new experienced team member to join our fast-growing full-service travel agency.

Vacancy: Incoming Operations Manager

What are you going to do:

- Working on incoming tourism
- Dealing with managers of organized travel groups, travel agencies
- Consulting customers
- Leading customers from the moment of inquiry to departure from the airport.
- Searching and booking hotels, transport, museums, public catering points (cafe, restaurant), etc.
- Creating customized authentic tours
- Coordinating guides
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, overtime hours possible.

Salary: NET 1000 AZN + bonuses.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

- High level of Russian and English language (spoken and written)
- Previous work experience in travel agencies
- Strong work ethics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving personality
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
