Job description:
- Working on incoming tourism
- Dealing with managers of organized travel groups, travel agencies
- Receiving and processing calls, answer emails
- Consulting customers
- Leading customers from the moment of call to departure from airport
- Searching and booking hotels, transport, museums, public catering points (café, restaurant), etc.
- Creating and calculating tours
- Coordinating guides
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, overtime hours possible
- Salary: competitive package + motivation bonuses.
Ideal candidate profile:
- High level of English and Russian language (speaking and writing)
- Relevant education or work experience is a must
- High enthusiasm for work
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Higher education
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Problem-solving personality
- Time management and prioritization skills
