Job title: IT Specialist

Responsibilities

Provision of 1-2 level technical support for customers, follow up daily issues, continuous network monitoring, provision of regular technical maintenance and relevant works. Provision of assistance to the Senior IT/Telecom Engineer during installation and maintenance works at various onshore and offshore locations.

Professional Requirements

- At least 1-year experience of work in IT/Telecom technical position
- Knowledge of networking theory and Cisco networking (CCNA level)
- Powerful PC administrator (Windows)
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS
- Knowledge of physics in the fields of electricity and radio
- Good technical troubleshooting skills

Language skills

Russian – fluent
English – good (shall be able to communicate with English-speaking foreigners, and read technical documentation)

Other requirements

- Shall have good health statement (i.e. pass medical test of suitability for work at offshore locations)
- Shall be available for travelling to offshore locations
- Knowledge in the field of satellite telecommunications is an advantage
- Experience of work in marine or oil & gas industry is an advantage

Salary: 1500 AZN Net
