IT GRUP SRL was founded in 2000 in Romania and since then was involved in major local and regional projects for Downstream industry. The branch of IT Grup SRL started its operations in Azerbaijan since October 2019.

Ideal Candidate

We are searching for a talented Corporate Lawyer to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible legal risks and violations. Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. The successful candidate will have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Protect the company against legal risks and violations
• Being responsible for all corporate legal matters
• Preparing all contractual documentation and official letters/statements
• Assisting management and head personnel in interpreting contract terms and conditions
• Collecting information for the preparation of legal documents
• Keeping contact with the different local authorities and governmental organization for Legal issues
• Reviewing contract terms and conditions making sure that they comply with state laws and company policies
• Represent the company in legal proceedings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of international and local law
• Good level of business communication and negotiation skills
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player and open to collaborations
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.

• Azerbaijani – advanced
• English – advanced
• Russian – advanced
