Sales Representative

Job Description

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations, projects follow up, design office visit and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential and clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Key project follow up, through project management tools and active communication with sales department.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Conduct technical seminars for designers and influencers in the industrial and energy market.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Analyze demand of customers and consult with staff engineers (for technical challenges).
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, economics or related field.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish languages.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Time management and planning skills.

Salary : 1500 AZN + bonus
