VACANCY: HR Assistant
JOB LOCATION: BAKU CONVENTION CENTER
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases;
Managing employment contracts; compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
Assisting in monitoring the timekeeping of employees; assisting in payroll process;
Preparing new employee files and all relevant documentation;
Preparation of job advertisement and communication with the external job portals;
Reviewing and screening of candidates;
Providing clerical and administrative support and other tasks assigned in department.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor degree; post graduates are welcome;
Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian languages; knowledge of English is an asset;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Be organized;
Able to follow Company procedures.
