VACANCY: HR Assistant

JOB LOCATION:  BAKU CONVENTION CENTER

Job Responsibilities:

 Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
 Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases;
 Managing employment contracts; compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
 Assisting in monitoring the timekeeping of employees; assisting in payroll process;
 Preparing new employee files and all relevant documentation;
 Preparation of job advertisement and communication with the external job portals;
 Reviewing and screening of candidates;
 Providing clerical and administrative support and other tasks assigned in department.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

 Bachelor degree; post graduates are welcome;
 Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian languages; knowledge of English is an asset;
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
 Be organized;
 Able to follow Company procedures.
