Job description:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
  • Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office;
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and sending letters;
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks;
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms;
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls;
  • Sorting and distributing mail;
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with visitors and other employees;
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quick;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required;
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, but fresh graduates also welcomed;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
