Job description:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
- Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office;
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and sending letters;
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks;
- Preparing meeting and training rooms;
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls;
- Sorting and distributing mail;
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with visitors and other employees;
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quick;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required;
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, but fresh graduates also welcomed;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
