Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a similar discipline is required;
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing is necessary, with a preference of expertise within the area of digital marketing;
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys and data analytics;
• Ability to create content for newsletter and social media channels;
• IT familiarity and computer proficiency in MS Office knowledge is required;
• Comprehension of contemporary marketing and promotions principles and practices is necessary;
• An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills are necessary;
• Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication;
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages is required.

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of the company's marketing and sales strategies developed for new and existing projects;
• Attracting new customers based on the sales strategy determined by the head of the department; expanding the customer base;
• Organization of advertising of all types of current and new products and services presented by the company in the market;
• Researching to the domestic and foreign market, competitors, conducting analyzes and determining demand for existing and future products;
• Participation in meetings with current and potential partners of the company;
• Representing the company at local and international events or exhibitions;
• Constantly conducting new searches for the development of the marketing field and informing the management about relevant directions;
• Determination of foreign sales channels, implementation of approved strategy and development plan projects, their control and analysis;
• Organization, management and control of Digital Marketing activities;
• Preparation of advertising texts for sales purposes;
• Presenting a report to the head of the department regarding the constant monitoring of the company's existing marketing campaigns and progress;
• Responding to requests from customers.
