GIFT SHOP SALES PERSON:

The Gift Shop Sales person is primarily responsible for providing the highest level of personalized service by assisting Customers to identify and purchase products they desire. In his role, the Gift Shop Sales person will consistently exceed Customer expectations by providing highest levels of Customer satisfaction and increase the revenue through sales maximization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring that all company service standards and operational procedures are adhered to in all interactions with Customers and colleagues.
• Providing prompt, attentive service either directly to the Customers or colleagues using their names.
• Maintain outstanding shop condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Constantly seeking to anticipate Customer needs by recommending and displaying items that match customer needs, accurately describe product features and benefits
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Maintaining a perpetual presence throughout the hours of the shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working experience in retail sales.
• Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service focus and service practices
• Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani, Russian is an asset
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours (24-hour operation, 7 days a week)
• Self-motivated and able to make quick decisions, solve problems, initiate action and complete assignments on a timely basis
• Exceeding Customer expectations and anticipate needs.
• Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
• Ability to deal with Customer concerns in an empathetic and business-oriented manner.
