POSITION : Executive Chef

DEPARTMENT : Kitchen

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

«145 Group» is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Executive Chef to assist in running our restaurant kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A calm and organized executive chef who will motivate and lead the brigade and provide structured and progressive training for all of the team.
• A Executive Chef that can cook, taste and enjoy their food, and will ensure great quality consistent food to the company specifications.
• An experienced and well trained catering professional, who understands that a kitchen with flawless food hygiene standards and organizational systems will produce better food, better chefs and better profits.
• A leader who can balance hitting financial and management targets with a passionate flair for food and teaching.
• The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as Executive Chef.
• A knowledgeable Executive Chef who takes pride in producing great quality fresh food and will work with our chef to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position.
• Knowledge of national and european cuisine
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong managerial skills
• A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
• A creative approach to the production of food
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
