Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Job Type: Full time: Monday-Friday/ Part time: Saturday
Salary: 400 – 500 AZN
Responsibilities
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing company services
• Keeping processing forms, schedules, applications
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Perform special tasks and assignments as directed
• Manage tours as guide
Requirements
- Age 22-35
- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English (Arabic is advantage)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
- Adaptability to Corporate Culture
- Tour guide skills
