Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Incoming Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals.
• Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials.
• Oversee the implementation of business development projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes.

Position Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Azerbaijani, English
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
