Job description:
• Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings, events and conferences
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Manage diaries of managers/executive and remind of important tasks and upcoming deadlines/events
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Performing other duties upon Manager’s request
Requirements:
• Experience/knowledge of office management procedures
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• At least 1 year experience in relevant field is required
