Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

∙ contribute to development of project management best practices, tools and techniques
∙ Develop tailored process flows and charts for all activities in the business advisory division
∙ Generate required analytical reporting and statistics on implemented projects

Moreover, the candidate should:

• Provide audit and consultancy of project management for companies
• Provide roadmaps and train PM professionals to implement local and international PM standards
• Carry out gap assessment of PM practices
Produce PM policy and procedure documentation customized for target company needs
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects/duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

∙ A person with the right attitude, ambitious but realistic in expectations
∙ High ethical and professional standards

Minimum Bachelor degree

∙ Minimum 5 years project management, consulting and training experience is an essential
∙ PMP or other relevant Certification is an advantage
∙ Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken) Russian would be asset Microsoft office skills
∙ High planning and organizing skills
∙ Good communication/interpersonal skills
∙ Action / results orientated
∙ Detailed orientated
