Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for specific cloud products
• Shape and own the product road-map and vision
• Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
• Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for the client
• Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with analytics teams

Required skills, and background

• 3+ years of strong experience in product development (business or IT)
• Background that comprises both solid IT business understanding as well as expert understanding of high-quality cloud product delivery
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project management techniques;
• Ability to use project management tools (Jira, PM, ServiceDesk, etc.);
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (marketing, sales, finance, technology)
• Preferably some knowledge of Agile and Design thinking
• Participate in the preparation, training, adaptation of project managers
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian both writing and verbal, proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Conditions:

• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday 9.00-18.00
• Lunch at the expense of the company
• Salary will be determined after the interview with the candidate.
