Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Duties & Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following
Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair/preventive/predictive activities on the plant and equipment.
Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database.
Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of technical information on processes, plant and equipment.
Apply good stores management practices and parts management to ensure parts and equipment retain full reliability while stored.
To operate and maintain the computerized preventive maintenance/parts inventory system and keep up to date the library of equipment.
Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope and analysis of required level of planning.
Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
Conduct site visits to identify and document to identify and document job requirements.
Estimates required hours on work order task, total work order duration and skills required to perform the task.
Procures equipment and specialized tools required to perform work.
Gathers necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications and drawings.
Responsible for equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
Determines and arranges for parts required to perform the work in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, execution and continuous improvement.
Compiles and delivers reports from CMMS regarding the work execution of management process.
To raise Work Order (WO) for lifting, and scaffolding jobs by MAXIMO
Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
Direct contact with workshop team and offshore planners.
Planning ( ordering, cataloging) of availability of spare parts for upcoming PMs
Updating of RBI database
To ensure all back loaded PSV`s are pre-popped and inspected within an acceptable timeframe.
Education/Experience and Qualification:
High school Diploma or Equivalent.
Able to read and interpret vendor manuals and drawings.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with technical personnel, vendors and management personnel.
Strong SAP experience
Experience in a similar industry is strongly preferred.
Working Conditions:
Working environments is onshore based. Required regular onshore workshop visits.
Working Schedule is 5/2.
