Job Title:  Maintenance Planner

GVL LLC” is the service company providing valve maintenance, valve facility management and valve stock management services in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following
- Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of technical information on all PM valves
- To operate and maintain the computerized preventive maintenance/parts inventory system
- Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope and analysis of required level of planning.
- Gathers necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications and drawings.
- Responsible for equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
- Determines and arranges for parts required to perform the work
- Participate in TAR planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination.
- Direct contact with workshop team and offshore planners.
- Planning ( ordering, cataloging) of availability of spare parts for upcoming PMs
- Updating of RBI database
- To ensure all back loaded Valves are pre-popped and inspected within an acceptable timeframe.

Education/Experience and Qualification:

-  High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Able to read and interpret vendor manuals and drawings.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with technical personnel, vendors and management personnel.
- Strong SAP/Maximo experience.
- Experience in a similar industry is strongly preferred. (Mechanical/Valves)

Working Conditions:

- Working environments is onshore based in workshop office environment.
- Working Schedule is 5/2.
