Job Title: HSE Specialist

Summary and Purpose of Role:

Primarily support the İntegrity Business Line operations for a comprehensive health, safety and environmental program by ensuring safe and healthful working conditions, recommending measures to reduce/eliminate incidents that strengthen our defenses.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Auditing worksites, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
• Creating analytical reports of safety data
• Inspecting production equipment in sites and processes to make sure they are safe
• Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
• Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training
• Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions
• Participating in continuing training and briefing to update knowledge of health and safety techniques and culture
• Creating site safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
• Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company
• Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site send report to HSE Manager
• Finding the best way to prevent future accidents in critical sites
• Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations
• Conduct Weekly and daily area inspection, make report and send to HSE Manager
• Make daily HSE briefing in various sites and report.

Requirements:

Knowledge

 3+ years of experience
 Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field
 Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems
 Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset
 Valid Driver’s License
 Personal car

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in in technical field (engineering/science, environmental science, industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health sciences)

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: Valid Driver’s License, Personal car

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Working knowledge of HSE Management System Audits; HSE Compliance Audits; Documentation Development, Control & Record Keeping; Injury Case Management; Behavior Based Safety, HSE Training Development & Implementation; Environmental Aspects, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment.
