Position: Forklift Coach

Duties and Tasks:

1. Independently Coach and mentor all forklift or reach truck operators in ‘best practice’ Forklift safety use and to OSHA industry/ country recognised safety standards;
2. Provide written feedback and reports on Forklift operators through self-verification process;
3. To actively seek out improvements in forklift safety, seek out risk areas and advise on operational efficiencies on site across all different range and type of Forklifts;
4. Provide Forklift safety presentations and meetings;
5. Provide safety instructions and training to non-operators of forklifts on site on working in close vicinity to plant and machinery;
6. Conduct periodic Review and update Forklift procedures and checklists ;
7. Take part in incident investigation on any Forklift attributed incidents that occur;
8. Keep the ATO register updated;
9. Promote and maintain safe and clean work.

Requirements:

1. 3 years’ experience in this field;
2. Azerbaijani – fluent; English – upper-intermediate.
