EnerMech LTD is looking for hiring of experienced commercial candidate to be based in the Abu Dhabi office, the job description and the position requirements are described below:
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
• Preparation and submission of Client pre-qualifications.
• Issuance of enquiry numbers.
• Preparation of job folders.
• Document controlling.
• Management of tender folders.
• Preparation of proposals.
• Printing and packaging of tender submissions in a professional manner.
• Internal coordination with technical teams to identify the resources and estimation of durations for proposal preparation.
• Follow the authority matrix for approvals.
• Issuing RFQs for pricing of third party items.
• Tender acknowledgements / decline forms.
• Understanding and compliance with ADNOC group’s pre-qualification and tendering process.
• Weekly reports on completed tasks.
• Post award cost control, cost monitoring, change order management, QC and contract administration.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment
• Apply EnerMech Group and where appropriate Client’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures
• Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelors of Commerical, Finance or related Degree
• Experience of working in an onshore / offshore oil and gas market.
• Previous experience in a commercial role.
• Previous experience in tendering / commercial role.
• Knowledge of Middle East and Caspian Oil & Gas market.
