Calibration Engineer

 Inspect, test, maintain and repair a variety of electronic equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
 They must test, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, electromechanical and electronic measuring, recording and indicating instrumentation and equipment for conformance to established standards.
 Any measurement errors must be quickly identified and corrected.
 They must compile, measure and record data from each instrument for other technicians and managers to review
 Disassembles and reassembles instruments and equipment, using hand tools, and inspects instruments and equipment for defects.
 Assembles gauge packages for new job setup.
 Issues and receives into established software, gauges and inspection equipment.
 Tracks gauge history in established software data base.
 Plans sequence of testing and calibration procedures for instruments and equipment.
 Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.
 Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.
 Measures parts for conformity with specifications.
 Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry.
 Reassembles and calibrates instruments and equipment.
 Devises formulas to solve problems in measurements and calibrations.
 Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment

ABILITY

 Customer Focused
 Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English)
 Minimum 2 years’ experience
 Hospitality experience
 Excellent communication skills
 Public speaking knowledge and experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
