Vacancy: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Experience and Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Humanitarian fields;
• At least 1-3 years of administrative/personal assistant experience;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
• Detail-oriented and highly-organized person;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent problem-solving ability is a must;
• Intermediate knowledge of the MS Excel, Word, Power Point is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact between Director and internal/external clients;
• Screen and direct phone calls/e-mails/mails and distribute correspondence;
• Manage diary of Director and schedule meetings and appointments;
• Draft correspondence and other documents;
• Manage and review filing and office systems;
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
