We are currently looking for an Operation Manager.

Sphere: Premium Segment of new Luxury Food Boutique

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages all the issues related to Boutique
• Supervises and manages employees
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operation
• Supervises and manages employees
• Understands the Restaurant Concept and able to deliver the vision to team members
• Able to implement the Service Standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• To ensure the proper routine and work schedule of staff
• To use effectively the methods of the professional skills of the company sales in the course of work

Requirements

• High Education
• Knowledge of food safety requirements
• Knowledge of food trends
• Sociability, ability to organize teamwork
• Good written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 3 years of experience in the field of retail  management or a premium class restaurant
• It is preferable to have a wide range of communication among the target audience
• Fashion and luxury brand oriented
