We are looking for a "Painting supervisor" with below requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with Painters or facilities manager to plan and prioritize work according to established production targets.
• Direct daily work assignments of a paint crew.
• Prepare formal and informal job estimates for current and future projects.
• Prepare and maintains records of time worked and materials expended on projects.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Enforce existing methods and procedures relative to construction, maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise work of painters in the field or shop.
• Assist in the development and motivation of staff through training.
• Monitor and instructs staff regarding safety regulations and procedures.
• Meets with representatives of other departments, outside organizations and the general public in connection with maintenance work.
• Prepare progress report
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as Painting Supervisor.
• English language - intermediate level.
• Internationally recognised certificate of one of below is required:
o Institute of Corrosion – Level 1.
o NACE – Level 1.
o FROSIO – Level 1.
o BGAS/CSWIP – Grade 1.
