Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarization with 8Q activities (upcoming workload)
• Review and update of 8Q data (POB, trip duration & etc.). 
• Integrate Plan across company 
• 2W/6W/12W red flag report review and resolution; participation in 2W frozen schedule preparation.
• Live WON tracking and status progress, in due time (INSU, INSU-C, SCAFF, SCAF-C & etc.)
• Monthly Forecast submission
• Additional resource arrangement/allocation & trip extension/reduction in the schedule
• Day-to-day communication with offshore STLs, Socar-Cape engineers, management.
• Day-to-day WON planning with offshore Ops Planner & Maintenance Planner (including other disciplines). Communication with client SPAs and Function schedulers.
• Communication with other contactors and their planning teams.
• Preparation of performance KPI's 

Note: BP and Primavera/Maximo/Previous experienced and trade knowing candidates are preferable.
