Junior Structural Design Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

• Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details
• Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations
• Assistance in Quantity schedules, Material selection, Design supporting documents
• Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree from Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design project development
• Previous experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects is a must
• Previous experience in Design Studio/company is welcomed
• Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office suite, and Auto CAD
• Knowledge of Structural software (Tekla Structures, SAFE, SAP2000, Lira Sapr, IDEA StatiCA)
• Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus.

Remarks:

• Application must include CV and Project reference list
• REVIT skills will be checked, but REVIT certificate is a plus
• Familiarity of professional standards and codes (AzDTN 2.3-1 Construction in Seismic Regions, AzDTN 2.1-1 Loads and Effects, AzDTN 2.16-1 Design of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures, AzDTN 2.18-1 Steel Structures-Design regulations)
• Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude
• Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred
• Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Leading / Senior Engineers
