Strategy and Corporate Planning manager

This role is mainly focused in establishment of corporate governance and create internal policies and procedures of the newly incorporated company. The person will be directly report to COO and duties include the following:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures of the Group
• Design and implement properly working Corporate Governance
• Design and implement functional responsibilities according to RACI
• Design and implement business processes of the company and procedures.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Update organizational chart
• Supervise and monitor implementation of company procedures
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management guidance that support the business strategy and core values of the company
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, develop KPIs;

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Strategy Manager, Advisory Manager (in big 4 audit companies), Chief Corporate Secretary, Corporate Planning Manager or relevant roles
• Understanding of organizational functions such as Corporate Governance, Corporate Management System
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Organizational and HR skills will be welcomed
