Role Purpose:

L&D Specialist will plan, conduct and administer programs that train employees and improve their KSAs. Determining and assessing the business needs, the L&D Specialist will create different training programs. The role will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear training and professional development programs and internships with regular monitoring and evaluating thereafter.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs and development program through employee performance assessment results;
• Design and create training manuals;
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective;
• Annually review employees’ KSAs level against company’s competency framework model;
• Closely work with Company’s talent development strategy;
• Assist with determining a professional development programs and various internship sessions;
• Assist in identification and design of organizational and role specific training needs, enhancing the overall capability of the

Company;

• Participate in staff development programs;
• Arrange and deliver employee induction sessions.

Requirements to candidate:

• 3 years of experience in L&D roles;
• Experience in linking training to performance;
• Experience in carrying out Training Needs Analysis;
• Able to plan activities in short deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal;
• Reports to HRM Director
