About us
Keepface is a fast-growing, awarded, global interactive Influencer Marketing Platform established in 2016. We are based in Dubai, Baku, and Istanbul and we work for brands and companies worldwide. A team comprised of individuals with strong backgrounds and talents in digital communications, digital products design & development, and strategic marketing.
At Keepface we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This person will manage influencer marketing campaigns with top brands and digital influencers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail oriented, gregarious, and hungry to learn more about the influencer marketing space.
REQUIREMENTS
● University degree
● Should be able to demonstrate experience in project management. Agency background is a plus
● Fluency in oral and written English
● Clear and precise communication skills, and ability to work with remote and distributed teams in a rapidly growing, not-super-structured, startup environment
● Amazing organizational and problem-solving skills, balancing many projects, rigid timelines, and client requests
Responsibilities:
● Strategize and manage influencer marketing campaigns for top brands and agencies. Campaigns may leverage influencers across social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels
● Develop and leverage strong relationships with influencers from all platforms
● Lead communication on campaigns between clients and influencers, including negotiating with brands and influencers, ensuring campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimizing media when necessary
● Leading online and offline meetings
● Communicating project status to management verbally and/or written
● Managing and coordinating the tasks to ensure the development of the projects
● Delivering reports to the company management
