Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and hardworking HR assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets;
- Maintaining current HR files and databases;
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications;
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process;
- Preparing new employee files, keeping documents up to date in files;
- Performing duties related with e-government;
- Dealing with administrative matters related to compulsory insurance for occupational accidents, medical insurance of employees;
- Preparing personnel orders, other related personnel administration activities;
- Opening labor books, updating and maintaining timely records in these books;
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data;
- Assistance in travel procedures;
- Conducting termination process of employees, assisting with exist interviews;
- Performing a variety of other support duties within HR team.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

- Higher education, preferably in economic and social fields;
- More than 2 years of experience in the related sphere;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani. Excellent English and Russian language skills will be advantage;
- Average level of knowledge in labor legislation and personnel administration;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Detailed-oriented;
- Good Microsoft Office Skills.
