What is expected from the candidate:

  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques;
  • Responsible producing in the preparation of all food in the assigned station in the kitchen in accordance with the established company menus and recipes;
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards;
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room;
  • Ensure complete knowledge of all staff recipes and that they are served to the correct standards;
  • Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required. 

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

  • Good knowledge of English (will work with an English-speaking chef); 
  • Previous kitchen experience within hospitality;
  • Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices;
  • The ability to meet hygiene standards;
  • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation;
  • Passion for delivering great food and service.
