What is expected from the candidate:

• Planning and coordinating parties, concerts, themed nights and other events to attract visitors;
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors;
• Interacting with musicians, DJs and other artist to organize performances and entertainment;
• Training and supervising club staff, including bartenders, waiters, security guards and cleaners;
• Monitoring the club’s financial performance, including expence tracking, profit maximization and budget compliance;
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with alcohol, food and other service suppliers;
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and licensing requirements related to club operations
• Implementing measures to ensure the safety of club visitors and staff;
• Conducting and analysis of the club’s performance and preparing reports for Senior Management.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• 10 years of night club experience as a managerial role;
• International service standards knowladge
• BSc degree in HORECA, tourism or relevant field; 
• Training delivery experience;
• Understanding of P&L; actual financial management skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English are must, multiple language abilities are desirable;
• High level of business acumen and common sense;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
