Cost Control Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Əsas Vəzifə Öhdəlikləri

• Preparing budgets, cash flows, charts& histograms of projects
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure
• Monitoring Progress vs cost continuously and Compare with base line schedule and initial budget
• Producing regular cost reports and advising of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner.
• Producing Highlighting cost areas of concern and suggesting areas of improvement
• Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements
• Work with all relevant project personnel to ensure that cost control procedures are in place.
• Reporting (weekly/ monthly) to Project Manager

Requirements/Tələblər

• Experience in Construction
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
• Good report writing abilities
• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling
• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Strong Knowledge in MS Office
• Strong Knowledge in Autocad
• Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera
• SAP softwares knowledge is highly advantageous
