Employment Status/Məşğulluq Vəziyyəti : Full-time/ Tam iş vaxtı

Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Əsas Vəzifə Öhdəlikləri

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Budget Estimation, Tender, Contract & VO, IPC,
• Preparation of Subcontractor`s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and following the payments to subcontractors,
• Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) based on design revisions and scope changes,
• Issuance of Budget Reports, Estimated Cost at Completion, etc.,
• Preparation of Cost Report.
• Post Contract Management of Subcontractors (on point of Commercial Issues)
• Tracking of Material Consumptions, material wastage ratios; provision of coordination between Warehouse, Bookkeeping, Site Team and Commercial Departments for control/documentation of major material consumptions and 
Provision of Acts.

Requirements/Tələblər

Education/Təhsil:

• Graduate from Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering and/or Faculty of Architecture, or
• Participant to RICS.

Experience/Təcrübə:

• 1-5 years

Certificates/Sertifikatlar:

• RICS Charted (if not graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture)

Language Skills/Dil bilikləri:

• English (mandatory)
• Azerbaijani

IT Skills/İT üzrə biliklər:

• Auto-cad,
• Microsoft Office Programs,
• Archi-cad (not mandatory)
