Position title: Business Development Specialist, MWC CEAB&Turkey

Responsibilities:

1. BDS is responsible for development and implementation of Traditional Trade channel strategy in the regions of Azerbaijan.
2. Negotiations with Distributors and Customers.
3. Ensure achieving sales volume and KPI targets on relevant territory
4. Implementation of company Marketing and Trade marketing Local & Central activities.
5. Training and development of FOS
6. Work with cross-functional team to ensure an appropriate level of implementation of the company's solutions, meeting the expectations of customers and being in accordance with Mars Inc. strategies
7. Work and Management in field with associates
8. Ensure perfect store implementation in defined channel for Confectionary & Pet Nutrition categories.
9. Providing support and vision of business development through 5 principles

Requirements:

• Fluent in Aze and Rus languages, English – Intermediate
• Higher education (Bachelor`s Degree) business and /or relevant field.
• MS office Literacy
• At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales management, channel management in international companies.
• Driver's license (category B)
