POSITION: Assistant SPA Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Manage, train and encourage all employees within the department.
- Sell and promote private Sport and Wellness programs to the conference groups, when necessary.
- Tour perspectives.
- Ensure the processing of the information, provided during phone calls and private meetings by potential customers.
- Perform advertisement and promotion activities, when necessary.
- Manage and implement trainings on various activities of the club, i.e. use of work phone, customer relations, services, retail sales, etc.
- Assist in managing all departments of the Sport and Wellness center.
- Ensure effective communication with all departments.
- Ensure adherence to the hotel standard by all the employees.
- Establish and maintain effective working with colleagues and other departments.
- Attend training sessions and meeting, when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, associates and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with excellent typing skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidentiality.
- Flexible and possess initiative to see all assignments and projects through to completion unsupervised.
- Highly personable.
- Fluent in English/Azeri/Russian both written and verbal required. Turkish desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
