Sales and Tendering Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Travelling to visit potential clients.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
Calculating client quotations.
Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Analysing costs and sales.
Preparing reports for Management.
Meeting regular sales targets.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Coordinating sales projects.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product/service will meet client needs.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Solving client problems.
Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
Clarification of bid conditions and tender documentation preparation.
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
Complete Tender and Contract Risk Review as required.
Contribution in cost and price calculations.
Education/Experience and Qualification:
Degree in business or any other field related to the position.
Solid practical experience in a similar position in the oil and gas field.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
Well-developed sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and evaluate technical and contractual information.
Good business sense.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.

Working environment: office based
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 working days a week. Extra hours may be required due to operation needs.
