Reporting & Budgeting Specialist 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the budgeting policies and procedures manual;
• Controlling and approving the operation expenses documents in daily basis and aligning with the budget control procedures;
• Monitor actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances;
• Perform month end closing process such as revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.;
• Responsible for preparation and analysis of financial reports in accordance with IFRS and statutory accounting;
• Supporting management's decision taking process with ad-hoc reporting and analysis;
• Take initiative to improve financial processes & management reporting;
• Providing support to external auditors during annual audits 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial reporting and budgeting experience;
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field;
• Experience in budgeting and budget planning including development of annual budgets, forecasting and variance analysis;
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Language Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, additional knowledge of Russian;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; 
• Strong analytical skills;       
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;
• Detail oriented and proven ability to assimilate new information quickly; 
• Manage multiple tasks independently, while consistently providing high quality and timely products;
