• 3 years of experience in Retail sphere as a Brand and Sales manager or similar position
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

• Accuracy
• Upper Intermediate written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
